BuilderChicks is proud to be women in a predominantly male industry. Women are not better than men, but we are unique, and love offering our unique perspective to this industry! Currently we are booked out consistently for 4 months, but would like to be able to take on more clients, and have some additional flexibility for our own work schedules. The best fit will be someone looking for long-term work, that if it is a good fit for everyone, is looking to stay with us for a long time, gain additional skills, take on more responsibilities, and work hard!
